Kenny G brings his flair to Caesars Atlantic City His album, 'Miracles,' has become the biggest selling holiday album in history. He is Kenny G and he comes to Caesars Circus Maximus Theater Saturday, May 13 at 9 p.m.
Kenny G, a Seattle, Washington native, began playing saxophone on an instrument his mother rented so he could participate in his school music programs. He took his saxophone and talent to the University of Washington where a music professor got him his first professional gig, playing for an appearance by Barry White. He has written and produced music of various genre including Latin and 'The Champion's Theme,' a composition inspired by the Olympics competition. In his 1986 single, 'Songbird,' Kenny G played all the instruments on the cut.
Kenny G has pioneered his career with his distinctive 'sax sound' which has resulted in #1 albums, #1 singles, Grammy, Billboard and American Music Awards and sold-out tours. He considers his latest album, 'The Moment,' his finest work to date.
