Boyd Gaming Buys 40 Acres in Las Vegas

Boyd Gaming Corporation is buying a 40-acre casino site to grow its presence in the Las Vegas locals gaming market. The land is located in in the northwest part of the Las Vegas metropolitan area near
  the intersection of the two major freeways traversing the city, Interstate 15 and the Las Vegas Beltway. Boyd Gaming is acquiring the parcel for $35 million, with the closing to take place this week.

The property is located on the southwest corner of the intersection of Lamb Boulevard and Centennial Parkway in the City of North Las Vegas. Residential development adjacent to and in the general vicinity of the site is active, reflecting the dynamic growth of the entire Las Vegas metropolitan area.
