New Las Vegas Series, 'Sin City Diaries', to air on CineMAX

LAS VEGAS -- Sin City Diaries, LLC today announced the signing of Actress and Supermodel Amber Smith to star in their new Las Vegas-based television series "Sin City Diaries" to air on CineMAX
Amber Smith will star in the new series, Sin City Diaries.  premiering Spring 2007. Executive Producer, John Quinn (Passion Cove) also announced that he and his partners Paul Remo and Jeffrey Pittle have signed Torchlight Entertainment, LLC to represent the worldwide rights to the series.

Sin City Diaries is an exciting new series that pulls back the satin sheets and exposes some of the sexiest secrets hidden beyond the neon lights of Las Vegas. "Passion Cove" meets "CSI: Las Vegas," shot entirely on location in Sin City, this series offers the viewer dramatic stories set against one of the most exciting locations in the world. Principle photography begins in the second week of January 2007.

The series will be ground-breaking in many ways, including being the first series to be 100% Las Vegas based, being created, produced, and finished all within the city's boundaries. Most shows that represent Las Vegas only use stock footage and are shot elsewhere, or come into town to shoot exterior location footage, but are finished in Los Angeles or New York. Sin City Diaries will also expose the audience to various landmarks and hotspots that may not have been featured in television before this point, including new nightclubs and amazing architecture, along with some fantastic local talent. The show's production and post production will be handled totally by Las Vegas' largest facility of its kind -- Media Underground. Series creators John Quinn, Paul Remo and Jeffrey Pittle are very excited by the prospect of putting Las Vegas back on the map as a place to do full-fledged film and television production.

"We're really looking for a way to keep most of the series' revenue right here in town," Remo said. "We live and work here and want to give something back to the community. Unlike all of the other productions that come into town, shoot a few scenes and then leave, taking jobs with them, we're shooting everything here -- interiors and exteriors, and posting the project here as well" he said. Series co-creator and Creative Director Jeffrey Pittle said "People don't think about Las Vegas as a production community or having the capabilities of say, Los Angeles. Well, they're wrong -- we have the facilities, the talented staff, and the know-how and experience of both Los Angeles and New York. We just like to do things with a little more style and flair."

Sin City Diaries will debut on the CineMAX network in June, 2007 with thirteen, half-hour episodes. Special exclusive 'webisodes', behind-the- scenes photos, and a full production diary will be available online once production begins in January.

SYNOPSIS:

Sin City Diaries will follow concierge expert Angelica (played by actress and super model Amber Smith, LA Confidential -- American Beauty.) as she runs her exclusive VIP service called "THE Concierge." From her high-rise penthouse office overlooking the Strip, casino owners rely heavily upon her to make their high rollers happy. As she helps clients live out their deepest fantasies in the playground and paradise known as Sin City, the audience gets to come along on a voyeuristic joy ride.

She has appeared in over 20 films including two Academy Award winning movies, L.A. Confidential and American Beauty, and has made numerous television appearances including Just Shoot Me and The Anchorwoman on Fox.
