BILOXI -- As reported by the Biloxi Sun Herald: "Mississippi is the third-largest casino market in the country and Gov. Haley Barbour has his eye on surpassing Atlantic City to become No. 2.

think we can do that," he said at Thursday's Southern Gaming Summit at the Convention Center.
"Penn National Gaming President Tim Wilmott said at Wednesday's State of the Industry session the Atlantic City market "is in a death spiral. The next two to three years are going to be awful."
