ATLANTIC CITY, New Jersey -- Borgata Hotel Casino and Spa announced today that its casino operations resumed at approximately 7am this morning after being closed Wednesday, July 5, following

Inside the Borgata a state-mandated shutdown of gaming operations in Atlantic City.
"We are pleased that the New Jersey legislators have reached a resolution and that gaming operations at Borgata are once again fully operational," said Larry Mullin, President and Chief Operating Officer. "Our guests can enjoy a complete gaming, entertainment, and hospitality experience including our recently opened $200 million dollar expansion featuring restaurants, casino space, and an 85-table poker room."
Additionally, Borgata will give away $250,000 in cash today and tomorrow and will continue the Borgata Summer Poker Open tournament which runs through July 20th as announced prior to the state shutdown.
