For the second year, a man who hit the Powerball jackpot spent some of his
winnings on a shopping spree for others..."
"Mumaboussou spent $20,000 on 400 gift cards for the local homeless.
"We've got two cartloads of boots -- nearly all the men’s boots we could find," Siena Francis House volunteer Mike Saklar said.
The winter accessorizing didn’t stop there. Mumaboussou had heard of a woman who suffered frostbite on her fingers, so he bought as many gloves as he could.
One homeless man, James Sowl, used his gift to buy a cell phone.
“To call my family back home,” Sowl said..."
"After they had spent their gift cards, several of the homeless went up to Mumaboussou to shake his hand.
The man said that he feels it's the least he can do this time of year."
