Danny Gans appears nightly at the Mirage in Las Vegas. The Mirage’s 1,265-seat Danny Gans Theatre, a stage built specifically for him and named in his honor.
Gans’ love for performing shines through during his incredible impressions of legendary signers, comedians and actors. “The Man of Many Voices” explores the world of entertainment through the eyes and voices of performers including Sammy Davis Jr., Frank Sinatra, Jeff Foxworthy, Jay Leno, Tom Hanks, Al Pacino and a multitude of others. Recently Gans also began expanding his talents within the realm of contemporary artists such as John Mayer and Michael Bublé. His show is much like a ride through the history of entertainment with stops visiting the great musical and comedic artists of each generation.
Gans didn’t always desire the life of an entertainer. His boyhood dream was to play Major League baseball and his natural athletic talent put Gans on a fast track toward that goal. However, a career-ending injury in the Minor Leagues quickly brought that dream to a halt. With encouragement from friends and family, Gans quickly began to put his amazing singing voice, natural wit and a rare stage presence to work and created a new career for himself in entertainment.
He soon became one of the most sought-after performers in the prestigious corporate world, often entertaining stadium sized crowds for major international companies such as IBM and McDonald's. However, 200 days a year on the road began to feel lonely and Gans found himself desiring a permanent home for his show and his family.
In 1996, when an opportunity to move his show to Las Vegas presented itself, Gans immediately accepted. After making his Las Vegas debut and receiving rave reviews, Gans quickly developed a strong following. His position as one of Las Vegas’ premier performers was cemented in 2000 with his move to The Mirage.
Gans performs nightly to a packed house. Shows are nightly at 8 p.m., dark Sunday, Monday and Thursday. Tickets are $100 inclusive and can be purchased by calling (800) 963-9634.
